Is the photo assessment really free?
Yes. When you upload front, side and three-quarter profile photos, your surgeon sends a written preliminary opinion and price range within 48 hours. The assessment is non-binding.
Where is the surgery performed?
Surgeries are performed at our partner licensed private hospital with an intensive care unit and 24-hour doctors. Clinical examinations and check-ups take place at our clinic in Nişantaşı.
What is and is not included in the package?
Surgeon, anaesthesia, hospital, medication, check-ups, hotel accommodation, airport welcome and transfers are included. Flight tickets, personal spending and extended stays due to complications are not; the surgeon's fee for revision is not charged in the first 12 months.
How long do I need to stay in Türkiye?
Seven to eight days for rhinoplasty and breast surgery, 8–10 days for tummy tuck and body surgery, nine days for a facelift and six days for eyelid surgery are recommended. The final decision on flying is made at the surgeon's check-up.
Is flying after surgery safe?
You should not fly without the surgeon's approval. After tummy tuck and body surgery a wait of 7–10 days applies because of thrombosis risk, with a blood-thinner injection and walking programme. Moving often and drinking plenty of water on the flight is advised.
What if I am not happy with the result?
An aesthetic result cannot be guaranteed; however the surgeon's fee is not charged for revisions the surgeon considers necessary within 12 months of surgery. Hospital and anaesthesia costs are itemised separately and notified in writing in advance.
How is payment made?
20% of the package price is paid for reservation and the rest in Türkiye before surgery. Bank transfer, credit card and cash (euro, dollar, lira) are accepted. Cancellation terms are written in the contract.
Which languages do you support?
Our patient coordinators speak Turkish, English, German, Arabic, Russian and French; documents and consent forms are also provided in these languages. For the confidentiality of health data, interpreters are chosen only from our own team.
Can I have surgery while pregnant or breastfeeding?
No. Elective aesthetic surgery is not performed during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Breast surgery can be planned at least three to six months after breastfeeding ends.
Do smoking and medication affect surgery?
Yes. Smoking impairs wound healing and should stop at least four weeks before surgery. Aspirin, some painkillers and herbal supplements raise bleeding risk and must be stopped two weeks before surgery. Tell your surgeon about all medication you take.
