As Selenya Healthcare Services Inc., we process your personal data as the data controller under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) for the purposes and legal grounds described below.
Data we process
Full name, phone, email, appointment and enquiry details, messages you write in forms and (if you choose) documents or images you upload; and, when you visit the site, the technical data described in our cookie policy.
Purposes and legal grounds
- Receiving and managing your enquiries and appointments and getting back to you (establishment and performance of a contract)
- Providing the service, invoicing and meeting legal obligations (legal obligation)
- Improving service quality and measuring satisfaction (legitimate interest)
- Sending campaign and information messages where you have given explicit consent (explicit consent)
Transfers and retention
Your data may be shared with business partners, legally authorised authorities and infrastructure providers to the extent the service requires; it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised at the end of the statutory retention periods. Your health data, photographs and surgical records are special-category personal data; they are processed only for assessment, treatment and legal obligations, with your explicit consent. Your photographs are used as before-and-after content only with your separate written permission. For applications from abroad, your data is processed and stored in Türkiye as the service requires.
Data security
Your data is protected against unauthorised access by encrypted connections (SSL/TLS), role-based access rights and regular backups. Our employees and service providers are bound by confidentiality obligations. In the event of a data breach, the persons concerned and the Personal Data Protection Board are informed within the period required by law.
Your rights
